What currency will I be charged?

All prices shown are in US dollars and you will be charged US dollars when you check out.

 

What countries do you ship to?

For specific products, we only ship to Group A Countries (please read shipping policy for details).  For all other products, we ship to over 240 countries worldwide.

 

What payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal and VISA / MC / AE payment via PayPal platform which is the most reliable and popular payment system in the world.  

 

How can I change my order?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, please contact us at support@amazing-pet.com and we will assist you to change your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the order is not shipped out. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled. You need to wait until you receive the products and return them to us following our instruction (please check "Return & Refund" for details).

 

Why do I need to pay extra fees upon delivery?

These are duties and import taxes charged by your country's customs offices. We have covered the shipping fee but customers are responsible for paying the customs fee in their own countries.

 

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

If you purchase several items in one order, they may be shipped out from different warehouses. It is possible that you receive the items at different times.  In addition, since we rely on postal services to deliver your order, the shipping time may vary depending on your location and it may take longer to reach you during holiday seasons.  Please rest assured that we will provide a refund or a replacement if you do not receive any item in your order.

 

Do you provide expedited delivery?

Yes we do provide expedited delivery at additional cost.  Please contact us at support@amazing-pet.com and we will give you a quote.

 

Where are you located?

Amazing Pet has offices in U.S.A. and Hong Kong.  Most products are shipped out from our warehouses in Asia.
