If you receive the wrong item or the product is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.  If you have not received your order within 60 days after placing an order, we will also provide a full refund.

If for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase or you change your mind after the product is shipped out, you can return the product to us in its original packaging within 14 days after receiving the product. We will refund the full price of the product. However, shipping fee is not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

To request for a return, please provide proof of purchase and contact us at support@amazing-pet.com. We will guide you on the return process. Please note that a refund will only be issued once we have received the returned product. A credit will be applied to your credit card or your PayPal account within 14 days upon receiving your return.

If you enter the wrong address or you refuse to pay for the customs tariff so that the products are returned to us, we will provide a refund of your purchase - shipping fee - return shipping fee.
