Where do you ship?

Amazing Pet provides worldwide shipping for most products. However, certain items (mainly food items) can only be shipped to specific countries (group A countries).  Please refer to the product page to see if the product falls into this category.  All other products can be shipped to over 200+ countries across the globe.

Shipping rate

Just pay a flat shipping rate of US$4.95 on orders under $39.  Shipping is free on orders over $39.  If you order more than one item, they may be shipped to you separately but please rest assured that you will only pay 1 shipping fee for your entire order.

 

Shipping time

Your order will be shipped out in 2-5 business days.  Shipping time may vary depending on your location.

Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Japan, S Korea, Macau, Netherland, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, U.S.A 2-4 weeks
Other countries 3-5 weeks

Delivery time = "ship-out time" + "shipping time".

If you need the product urgently, please contact us and we can arrange for expedited shipping at additional cost.

Please note that if you order several products, they may be shipped out from different warehouses and you may get more than 1 parcel.  Don't worry if not all products arrive in one box, they are on the way to you.  You can also track the shipping status of each item online.

 

Customs fee

Please note that we only cover shipping fee, customers are required to check if their purchased items can be imported to their countries and pay for the customs fee if applicable.

 

How to track your order?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive email notification with a tracking number.  You can click the link and check when the item is shipped out and when it leaves the country of origin. If the product is shipped from China, the China post website will only track the item until it departs from China.

To track the local delivery status, please go to the post office website in your own country.  For example, if you are in the USA, you need to go to USPS website and use the same tracking number to check the status there.
